The Sean McCauley Hope Foundation
is a [501(c)(3)] non-profit foundation. We began helping
families in September of 2001. The goal of the foundation
is to help families in their fight against pediatric cancer,
through education, comfort and research programs.
Sean's Hope is comprised entirely of volunteers. All professional services for the foundation are donated by highly regarded professionals, which allows us to maintain the highest quality in legal, financial, operating and marketing standards. The foundation commits to spending AT LEAST 98% of all money raised on programs to help families.
We regularly consult with families, medical professionals, social workers, and educators to help us understand the needs of families undergoing treatment. In addition, we utilize a Scientific Advisory Board of doctors to advise the foundation on the scientific merits of any research grant requests. These professionals generously donate their time to help us make a difference in the best way possible.
